Two halves of the same process
Rail 1 435 develops sensors that continuously monitor critical track components: expansion joints, transition zones, level crossings, switches, irj’s and bridges. Their principle is straightforward — send an engineer out only when it is really necessary. Their sensors deliver data 24/7, already analysed and complemented with predictive maintenance advice With the help of cutting edge AI prediction models, maintenance is predicted months in advance.
AnyWare picks up where that maintenance prediction ends. Our EU-sovereign platform brings data from multiple sensor platforms and suppliers together around each asset, turns it into actionable insight, and organises what follows: a trigger becomes a work order, the contracted party is notified, the intervention is carried out and reported in the platform, and the result is written back to the asset’s digital passport.
Together, that forms one closed loop. A measurement in the track no longer ends in a report that someone has to read. It ends in work that has been carried out, documented and added to the asset’s own history.
